Advanced production equipment, standardized production inspection process

QC PROCEDURE

1.Professional quality inspection staff completes the inspection process: prepares inspection data (product picture, size, shipping mark information, packaging, material requirements, order contract) and tools (such as ruler, humidity meter, etc.) required for inspection, and know the company's acceptance standards for the product.

2.Sampling inspection according to a certain proportion (5%-20%)
A. Check product quantity, shipping mark, product model, color and take photos.
B. Measure the size of the outer carton and record the size. Check whether the packaging materials and packaging are correct and whether the accessories are complete.
C. Check product appearance (scratch, bruise, incomplete, color difference...)
D. Measure the overall size of the product, local size, whether the error is acceptable.
E. Check whether the product material meets the requirements of the client's order contract.
F. Inspect the product structure (whether it is smooth and easy to assemble, whether there is error in the assembly clamp position, and whether there is error in the hole position) whether the product is firm after assembly (should be tested by different methods according to different products), including load-bearing test, such as chair and sofa after installation to check whether it is firm.
G. Independent installation (must be installed by yourself or under the supervision of workers to check whether there are few parts or hole position discrepancy), verify the accuracy of installation instruction, and keep a copy of the original instruction.
H. Take photos of the overall appearance and parts of the product (if there are parts with quality problems, the whole product...)

3.Complete the inspection report and ask the factory manager to sign it (if rework is needed, the modification suggestion should be clearly informed)
